Ingredients


  • 1 cup green grams, soaked overnight & simmered for 1/2 hour
  • 3 potatoes, sliced
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • Large onion, chopped
  • Any vegetables can be added
  • 2 tsp Kitute Gold curry powder
  • Pinch Kitute Gold garlic powder
  • Salt
  •  

Cooking Method


  • Add vegetables to the green grams and continue to simmer until everything is cooked.
  • Add the spices a few minutes before the mixture is finished.
  • Serve with rice.
