Fortified Chapati
Ingredients
- Oil
- Onions
- Maize and beans or other legume
- Water
- Kitute Gold Fortified Githeri Masala
- Salt
Cooking Method
- Boil the Maize and Beans or (other legume) for atleast one hour.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the onions until brown.
- Add the boiled githeri (maize and beans or other legume).
- Add water for sauce.
- Add a desired quantity of Kitute Gold Fortified Githeri Masala and salt.
- Bring to boil for 1 minute.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and serve hot.
