Fortified Chapati

Ingredients


  • Oil
  • Onions
  • Maize and beans or other legume
  • Water
  • Kitute Gold Fortified Githeri Masala
  • Salt
  •  

Cooking Method


  • Boil the Maize and Beans or (other legume) for atleast one hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry the onions until brown.
  • Add the boiled githeri (maize and beans or other legume).
  • Add water for sauce.
  • Add a desired quantity of Kitute Gold Fortified Githeri Masala and salt.
  • Bring to boil for 1 minute.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and serve hot.
