Ingredients


  • 1 cup of flour
  • 5 cups of water
  • Milk
  • Kitute Gold Pure Ground Moringa
  • Sugar (optional)

Cooking Method


  • Put 4 cups of water in a sufuria and place it on the fire.
  • To Put 1 cup of flour in a bowl, add your desired amount of Kitute Gold Pure Ground Moringa and mix well.
  • Add a cup of cold water to the flour mixture and stir it to a smooth paste.
  • Bring the water in the sufuria to a boil, then pour in the flour paste.
  • Stir non-stop until it becomes thick and starts to boil.
  • Lower the heat and allow to cook for at least 7 minutes, then serve.
  • Add milk and/or Sugar to taste before serving..
