Fortified Ugali
Ingredients
- 1 cup of flour
- 5 cups of water
- Milk
- Kitute Gold Pure Ground Moringa
- Sugar (optional)
Cooking Method
- Put 4 cups of water in a sufuria and place it on the fire.
- To Put 1 cup of flour in a bowl, add your desired amount of Kitute Gold Pure Ground Moringa and mix well.
- Add a cup of cold water to the flour mixture and stir it to a smooth paste.
- Bring the water in the sufuria to a boil, then pour in the flour paste.
- Stir non-stop until it becomes thick and starts to boil.
- Lower the heat and allow to cook for at least 7 minutes, then serve.
- Add milk and/or Sugar to taste before serving..
