Cooking Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onions and/or garlic until golden brown. Add the boiled meat, tomatoes and/or other vegetables, salt to taste and 1 or more tablespoons of Kitute Gold Fortified Pilau Masala then stir. Add 4 glasses of water, bring to boil then add ½ a kilo of rice. Cook until the liquid is almost completely evaporated, reduce the heat, cover with a foil or tin, simmer until the rice is fully cooked and serve hot.
