Cooking Instructions
Combine the desired quantity of Kitute Gold Eastern Fry Coating with bread crumbs. Make a dip of beaten egg or a thin solution of wheat flour and water. Dip your choice of meat in the liquid and cover it with the bread crumb spice mix until an even coating is achieved. Fry until it has a nice golden brown colour. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
