Cooking Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until brown. Add the boiled githeri (maize and beans or other legume), water for sauce, together with the desired quantity of Kitute Gold Fortified Githeri Masala and salt. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Reduce the heat and simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve hot.
